Data collected

Via the form: first name, phone/WhatsApp number, project type, body area, message and optional photo. Via WhatsApp: whatever information you choose to send us.

Purpose

To respond to your request and prepare the consultation and quote. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures.

Retention

Requests that do not proceed are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.

Processors

Website hosting and form handling (Netlify), messaging (WhatsApp / Meta). The cover-up simulator is a service separate from the studio, with its own terms.
